EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we do not do so.

What we collect

• Order & contact details — name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can process and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Communication — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying information your browser sends (e.g. language and region you select, which is stored locally on your device).

This site stores your selected language, region and shopping cart in your browser's local storage on your own device. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it & the legal basis

• To fulfil your order and our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Sharing

We share data only with the partners needed to deliver your order — for example shipping carriers and, once enabled, a payment provider — and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your personal data.

Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We deliver internationally. Orders are sent with tracking.

Costs & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery is free on orders over €50; below that, a flat €10 shipping fee applies. Orders delivered within India are charged a flat ₹200. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within a few business days of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination: parcels travel by international post from India and are handed to your national postal service on arrival, so transit is normally a matter of weeks rather than days. We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Customs & duties

Orders are dispatched from India, which is outside the EU customs territory. We are not registered for EU VAT or the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), so import VAT is not collected at checkout. Parcels may therefore attract import VAT and, depending on their value and contents, customs duty and a carrier handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by the authorities in your own country, are payable by you as the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at sangamherbals@gmail.com and we will help.

Returns, refunds & right of withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to sangamherbals@gmail.com) before the period expires.

Returning items

After notifying us, please return the goods within 14 days to: Abiomye Industries Private Limited, B-53/D, Ground Floor, Dilshad Colony, Delhi 110095, India. Items should be unused and, for hygiene and safety reasons, unopened with any seal intact. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where they arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover the return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise the most reliable method.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us.

Our guarantee

Separately from the statutory right above: if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. For our range this means consumable products — herbal powders, teas, capsules, tablets and edible oils — and cosmetics, once the seal is broken. Sealed, unopened items in resalable condition can still be returned.

None of the above affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Sangam Herbals. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products & descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Our products are traditional Ayurvedic preparations for general wellbeing; they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult your doctor before use.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euro (or your selected EU country's currency where displayed) and are indicative until checkout confirms the final amount. We are not registered for VAT in the European Union, so prices do not include EU VAT; import VAT and any customs charges may be payable on arrival (see Shipping & delivery). We may correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance and dispatch. We may decline an order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or cannot be shipped to your location).

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We accept PayPal, which also allows payment by debit or credit card where PayPal offers that option in your country. Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Your order is placed once payment is confirmed.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where we are established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence within the EU. Those rights apply to you regardless of this clause.
